Data is presented below on life peerages created in the House since 1958, broken down by the prime minister in office, party and gender of the peer nominated, and the number of peers who were former members of the House of Commons. This data can also be further customised using the dropdown list at the top right of the page. This data does not include excepted hereditary peers.
This dashboard was updated with new data to include the 26 life peers announced on 14 October 2022. However, at the time of writing, these life peers have yet to join the House.
