The Property Boundaries (Resolution of Disputes) Bill [HL] is a private member’s bill introduced by the Earl of Lytton (Crossbench). The Bill received its first reading in the House of Lords on 25 May 2016 and is scheduled to receive its second reading on 9 December 2016. The Bill would “make provision for the resolution of disputes concerning the location or placement of the boundaries and private rights of way relating to the title of an estate in land”.

The Universal Credit (Removal of Two Child Limit) Bill is a government bill that would remove the current two-child limit in universal credit across the UK from 6 April 2026. The government announced its intention to remove the limit at the November 2025 budget. The House of Commons has passed the bill.
